Crochet 101 - Intro to the World of Crochet :: At long last we are offering a Beginner Crochet Class!
All are welcome in this absolute beginner's crochet class. This class will be taught on 2 consecutive Thursdays - May 23 and 30 from 5:00 to 6:30. In the first session you will learn the foundations of crochet: how to make a slip knot, the chain stitch, and single crochet. You can go home and practice your new crochet skills! Then in the second session you will learn more complicated stitches: half double crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet.
This class will be a judge free zone! We are here to try something new and have a good time:)
Materials: one skein of worsted weight yarn - we have lots of good choices for you in stock, and a 5mm crochet hook
