‘Untangle My Yarn’ Bag Class with Christina Bright
Learn to knit the ‘Untangle’ bag from the designer!
This class will take place over three 1-hour sessions. We will start with the bag construction, followed by assembly and finally felting. Along the way there will be time to address any hurdles you encounter as well as learn all techniques used in the design!
This project includes: knitting flat, knitting in-the-round, increases, decreases i-cords, picking up stitches, yarn overs, the whip stitch, tips on weaving in ends and felting in a washing machine. Last but not least, we will cover ideas on how to use your new ‘Untangle My Yarn’ project bag.
Class Materials: Come to the first class ready to start with the pattern, yarn, nine stitch markers and needles. Feel free to get started before the first class, but this is not necessary. The pattern is included in the cost of the class and will be sent to your Ravelry account or email after you signup. If you already have the pattern, you will be able to choose another complimentary design from the Daisilly Ravelry shop.
Class prerequisites: This is a beginner friendly class, but it is not a class that teaches you how to knit. It is recommended for those experienced with the knit stitch and purl stitch.
